The heritage-style room featured intricate woodwork and a luxurious feel. Breakfast offered an excellent variety, with refined dishes enhancing the dining experience. The garden provided a peaceful retreat in the heart of the bustling environment. The spa's noise disrupted relaxation, and some staff interactions felt rushed. Despite being centrally located, a few amenities seemed a bit dated.

Staying at this hotel was a good experience, especially with our four teenagers! The mix of heritage charm and modern comfort made it a great spot to unwind. We loved exploring the gardens and the breakfast spread was excellent, offering great variety.
In my wife's opinion, the WiFi was annoyingly unreliable. It would really help if families had a more stable connection to keep everyone happy.
